Induction Furance
Our induction furnace has a production capacity of 10 MT per heat, designed to produce both alloy and non-alloy ingots as per customer specifications. It is operated by a highly skilled team to ensure consistent metallurgical quality and process efficiency. The facility is equipped with argon purging systems to minimize inclusions and enhance purity. All castings are produced using 100% hot-top ingots, ensuring superior structural integrity and surface finish.
Annealing Furance
Annealing is a heat treatment process used to alter the physical properties of a metal, making it more ductile, relieving internal stresses, and reducing hardness without changing its chemical composition. We perform annealing as per the customer’s requirements.
